Toni Falk is a change manager with impressive chameleon skills. Growing up as a diplomat's daughter, she had to repeatedly adapt to new environments. While her hyper-flexibility helps her in her career, her unresolved grief about all these departures also keeps her from forming healthy relationships. She is a lonely and lost soul.
